1) Merchandise is sold on consignment. Participants are required to consign a minimum of $25.00 worth of items.
2) You will receive 70% of the sale price for all of your items sold. Your proceeds will be mailed within 10 business days after the sale.
3) It is important that you follow all of the instructions on the instruction sheet. Items that are not in compliance will not be displayed on the floor. We will not accept child car/booster seats due to issues of liability.
4) Once our capacity is reached, we will no longer accept new consignors. If you want to guarantee your participation, please pre-register.
5) To pre-register, send this form to FHUMC Consignment Sale, 265 Union St. North, Concord, N.C. 28025. Be sure to include the $5.00 pre-registration fee.
** Be sure to include “North” on the Union Street address! The post office will not deliver mail without it!
6) To register at the drop-off, bring this completed form and your $10.00 registration fee to one of the drop-off times. Please note that if we have met our capacity we will not be able to accept your items.
7) Make checks payable to Forest Hill Consignment Sale. There will be a $20.00 return check fee.
8) We will do our very best to take care of all items left with us. Forest Hill United Methodist Church or any volunteers working the sale are not responsible for loss by fire, shoplifting, human error, or damaged goods.
9) Items to be donated should be marked with a “D” following your code. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes for donated items and the 30% of the proceeds that go to charity.
